How To Order Online - New Customers
Welcome to Redcliffe Imaging, if this is your first time ordering prints from us then just follow these steps to begin your print order.
At the top of the page you will see an "Order | Login" button. Click on this to begin your order.
As a new customer you have a choice:
- Start your order and click "Login" to create an account - this makes for easy re-ordering in the future. Your images will be safely stored and you will be able to see all your previously uploaded files and print orders. If we adjust one of your files for printing, the adjusted file will be there ready for you next time you order from it.
- Or you can continue with your print order as a guest, but you will not be able to see your previous orders or re-order from the same image files in the future.
Click on "Create an Account", enter your details. When you receive the confirmation email, click on the verify button to verify the email address for your new account.
Drag and drop your files or click to browse in the New Upload box.
Once your image has uploaded it will appear as a thumbnail. Click on the thumbnail to continue with your order.
You can select print size (choose to work in inches or millimetres), crop the image if required, choose your print media and print border options.

Click on Print Media to choose from one of the 17 fine art papers.

Click on Options if you wish to order a Certificate of Authenticity to go with your print. Click Add to Cart when done.

You can enter the number of prints you require and the price will change to reflect the quantity discount applied. See more about how you can save with Quantity Discounts.
